Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. Returns
We accept returns only for:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect books received.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
If the payment was made via Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe, the refund will be credited as per their timelines.
4. Non-Refundable Items
E-books, digital downloads, or signed copies are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are not refundable once an item is dispatched.
5. Replacement
If a book arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no extra charge once verified.
