We're humans,
not machines.
Let me tell you what I mean by that.
My vision is to see people flourish...
Much of our efforts go into reaching the numbers and running our machines, systems and processes. What’s often forgotten is—people. When in crisis, numbers don’t come to our rescue, relationships do. And when it’s time to celebrate—we call on those we cherish.
I believe people can be at peace, thrive at work, and live fulfilled, balanced lives. The truth is, we flourish in a culture and atmosphere of understanding and encouragement; and I intend to do my part to help bring that into peoples’ lives and organizations.
I am an engineer, but...
I realized early on the absolute importance of people and relationships in the workplace, and in life.
Over the decades and across the world, I’ve spoken at various conferences and seminars about human behaviour, work-family harmony, effective communication, and building great teams.
For nearly a decade, I also hosted the Colors television show ‘Ek Nayee Zindagi’, which aimed at motivating the masses. It had a massive daily viewership, impacting over 15 million people, many of whom are deeply indebted to this day.
I founded the company Humans not Machines, to add value and serve organisations along with a highly experienced and competent team of experts.
I serve as a consultant with the UK-based firm MDN Fusion and also lead a non-profit community called Dwaar Foundation in Delhi.
You need harmony and not balance. Balance is an unhelpful phrase. People often live with the guilt of being bad at home or at work. Guilt never builds.
The starting point is not time. The starting point is value.
